Who is HHC
It’s a people business … Only the consultants themselves are responsible for the quality of a consulting company – contributing their academic, professional and individual background as well as their personal approach to the job.
At HHC, you will meet the accumulated expertise of business-experienced individuals with an excellent education and a distinctive personal background (see also „Management“).
By supporting individual personalities, communicative minds, and a good sense of humor, we avoid taking ourselves more seriously than our responsibilities. As consultants, we have accumulated an extensive knowledge base in the Healthcare and Life Sciences areas. We look at the health business sector from different perspectives: as economists, physicians, scientists, or engineers as well as patients, consumers and insurance clients. We work together in interdisciplinary teams, where we support each other and find optimal solutions by identifying ideal methods.
Diversity in our professional qualifications and an omnipresent demand for state-of-the-art results are the key characteristics of the HHC team.
How HHC works
Principles of consulting
- Each company is highly unique and therefore deserves to be treated accordingly.
- We only accept a new client assignment when we are sure that we can make a crucial contribution.
- The intention of our customers is always of the highest importance to us.
- Customized solutions are being generated in close cooperation with our clients by joint teams.
- Our goal is the implementation of change – not to generate long reports. We value quality over quantity.
- Analytical and conceptual competence is the basis of our work. Our recommendations are driven by pragmatism and experience.
- Our recommendations directly address the root of the problems, they don’t try to treat symptoms.
- Absolute reliability, adherence to deadlines and trustworthiness are the basis of our client cooperation.
Factors of success
From our experience, there are a few major behavior patterns that make projects successful:
- Listen carefully to understand the project tasks and the problems at hand.
- Create a well justified fact base to identify the true root of the problem.
- Question the existing working methods and thought processes to develop innovative, visionary solutions.
- »Take along« the client organization well in advance to incorporate suggestions and identify possible resistance.
- Never lose track of the main concept, but continuously question and refine it.
- Keep »the foot on the accelerator«, achieve motivating partial results, use and support the momentum of the organization.
